The new WagWay Multi Hammer Processor is equipped with advanced and innovative electronics. The entire electronic network of sensors and controllers utilize the latest CanBus technology for seamless communication. The operator can control and change the behavior of the machine with just a touch of any 16 control buttons. Each button has LEDs providing operator feedback on machine state. The direct sunlight viewable LCD display keeps the operator in tune with the machine's vital parameters. The display also provides diagnostic feedback, machine service reminders, machine performance features like: No. of drops per foot, drop sequence, drop height and more.
All the components used in the electronic system are sealed from every element of the weather. They are rated for extreme temperatures and weather conditions. The toughest part of this machine is not the steel but the electronics. For seeing forward, the on board color camera system provides 750 square feet of viewing area.
The operator can choose from 6 drop sequences and 4 drop heights, giving 24 different combinations to get the job done right. The electronic system has intelligent diagnostics to provide the operator or service technician with fast, accurate troubleshooting information, down to the exact location of a fault. The machine can be updated with new software and features through a computer connection. The system even has the ability to shut down or limp home if the machine malfunctions, preventing potentially unsafe situations or machine damage.
